Abstract

The present research had the objective: to study how the collective loan has relevance in the improvement of living conditions, in the partners of the microfinance portfolio of the Adventist Agency for Development and Assistance Resources, Cusco HQ, 2020. The method used It was descriptive correlational, non-experimental design, quantitative approach, with the study population of 664 entrepreneurs and a sample of 244 entrepreneurs, beneficiaries of ADRA's microfinance portfolio; A survey was applied on the collective loan and the improvement of living conditions. As a result of the investigation, it was obtained that X2C = 27.986 is greater than X2Table = 9.49, which indicates that the collective loan significantly influences the improvement of the living conditions of the partners of the microfinance portfolio of the referred agency. According to Spearman's Rho statistical test, a low correlation (ρ = 0.224) is indicated between the research variables.
